Horses and Trampolines

On Mother's Day Logen, Kambree, and Kya decided to feed Grandpa Larry's horses. They were grabbing whatever grass they could to feed them. They were having so much fun.

While Logen was feeding the horses the others were jumping on the trampoline.

What a fun day it was.

I am Walking!

Graden turned 11 months old today. He started walking two weeks ago. He was only walking a few steps then, but last night he walked from our couch to the TV, which is probably around 20 steps or more. He thinks he needs to walk everywhere now. I love when they start to walk but then I hate it too. It makes me feel like he is not a baby anymore. But that is what happens, they grow like weeds!! I don't even have any good pics of him walking yet, I am terrible at taking pictures anymore. With Dagen I have everything, but it kind of decreased with each child. Sorry kids!

Play Ball!!

Dagen started playing T-Ball this summer. He plays on the Pirates in Mapleton. He has been so excited about every game he goes to. He was playing first (I mean, standing on first) because that is where they all stand, the kids would throw it to him to get runner out but he was busy watching the batter ran to him instead. Concentration is a hard concept when there is so much going on. We love to go watch him, the kids are so excited to show off all their new tricks. And as parents it is pretty good entertainment.
Dagen is the one playing with his ear this photo.
Hey batter, swing batter!!!
GO PIRATES!!

Look Mom, No Training Wheels!!

So I have been trying to get Dagen to TRY to ride his bike without training wheels for a long time. He would always tell me that he would let me take them off when he turns 6, because then he will be big enough. Well I took them off, while he threw a fit on the grass and screamed at me. I think the neighbors thought I was beating him the way he was squealing. Anyway, I took them off and sent him on his way. He rode perfect the first time he got on. And he hasn't had anykind of accidents yet. (knock on wood) Now it is impossible to get him off of his bike. He wants to ride it constantly. Hey I don't mind, he is getting exercise, better than playing video games.

Graden is a Stinker!!!

So last night Graden woke up at 2:30 am thinking that it was time to be awake for the day. Well I went in and cuddled with him for about an hour. He finally fell asleep and I put him back in his bed. I didn't even make it out the door before he was awake and crying. I decided to put him in with Chad and I so I could get some sleep. That didn't work either. He just wanted to play. So I finally gave up and we went down stairs at 5:30 this morning. He just played with the toys and I tried to get caught up on some shows. Around 7:00 he just stopped playing laid on his blanket and fell asleep. What a brat!!! So I am a bit exhausted today, but that is what being a mom is all about. Here are the pics of him where he fell asleep this morning.

Though he is a stinker, we still love him!! And we think he is kind of cute too!

Dagen's Preschool Program

Wednesday night Dagen had a Preschool Program. They sang lots of songs and did some dances. He was having so much fun. He was really excited to show everyone what he had been learning in school. He has been singing these everywhere. We go for walks and he will sing to us so we know what he is learning. I have really enjoyed Achiever Preschool. They are one of the best learning establishments in Spanish Fork.

Just a picture of the program, it doen't come across very good on here. Sorry!!

Just about ready to start. They are waiting eagerly to get going and show off all there talents.

This Dagen and Tanner dancing to the song of Rig-a-Jig-Jig. It was really cute. They were both laughing and having a great time.

The top picture is a self portrait that Dagen drew the first week of school. And the bottom is another self portrait that he drew last week. Also, they measured them at the same time as drawing these. He has grown exactly 2" since the beginning of the year.

This was a dance that they did called Mr. Bear. Dagen was a bear and he was hibernating for the winter. It was really cute to watch the snow fall on them and then spring came and melted the snow and the bears woke up from long winter nap.
Dagen we are do proud of you. You have really grown up this past year. We love you!!

A Day at The Park

So Dagen asked me to take him to the park and I was having such a busy day with house work and a birthday party and a bridal shower that I just kind of blew it off. So I decided to take them the following day. It was absolutely beautiful that day and there was no one at the park. We had a little picnic and the kids went off to play on the toys. Graden just sat on the blanket with me, he still isn't sure about the grass. And I laid there and read a book. It was so peaceful. I was reading The Kite Runner. If you haven't read it, you should. It was so good. Thanks Nicky and Tiffany for recommending it. I can't wait to watch the movie of it and have a fondue night with you.

Here are some pics of the kids at the park.

If you haven't already seen my table, here is a picture of it. I was so excited to get it. We ordered way back in November and I just got it last week. YEAH!!!

Isn't is pretty? Anyway I need to get back to work!!!

Spring In Strawberry!!!

This was at the cabin in Strawberry a couple of weeks ago. There is still quite a bit of snow there as you can see. The weather was great for snowmobiling that weekend also. Our boys love to snowmobile. Graden just smiles the whole time and the other two talk to you like you can hear everything they are saying. But the sleds are way too loud to hear them. Chad, Dagen and Logen went for a ride and he was taking them up a hill and they were having so much fun. We could hear the boys from afar but Chad couldn't hear them. They were yelling at him to 'do it again, that was fun, do it again'. They would giggle the whole time they went up and back down again. But me being the mommy was a bit nervous having two of my babies on with a crazy driver. Chad gets pretty fearless, well too me it is fearless, and that is fine when my kids aren't on with him.
Grandpa and Grandma Bringhurst with the boys.
Chad out snowmobiling on the lake.

Grandma Glenda, Logen and Dagen out Snowmobiling on the Lake.

Graden and I went out snowmobiling on the Lake also.

Easter Excitement

My boys had such a fun Easter.

Tuesday Grandpa Clive and Kris came over to celebrate Easter with the kids. They brought flips flops for Dagen and Logen and a new outfit for Graden. My kids love it when they stop by our house to see them.

Saturday morning we went to the Spanish Fork ballpark for the annual Easter egg hunt. They get so excited each year to do this. We got them all lined up and ready to go. The siren rang out and off they went. Dagen kept running, we wondered if he would have ever stopped. He finally started picking them up. He got six eggs and was so excited about that. Logen went with my mom over to his age group. He knew exactly what to do. He heard everyone telling them to run and he was going to get some eggs whether anyone liked it or not.He got seven eggs but he shared them with Elexa and Aleia, they didn't get as many. Unfortunalely, nobody won any big prizes, but they sure did have a great time.

Then it was off to Kim's house for the Annual Bleggi Easter Party. Everyone buys items (treats, toys, money, etc.) for each of the kids. This year there was 19 kids. And Kim and her family put the items in the woods behind her house. All of the kids get a list of the items that they need to find, and off they go. They have so much fun. All the kids get so much fun stuff, that the kids won't even eat their lunch they would rather play. But then again that is everyday at my house anymore.

We had one more stop to make for Saturday's Easter celebration. We went to my mom's house. There they had an easter egg hunt. She put each kids eggs in seperate rooms and they had to search in there. Then we had some lunch just to make the kids get really ancy for the treasure hunt. It works everytime, and they actually eat when we tell them to, just because they want to go on the treasure hunt. So then they started the hunt, we have so much fun doing this every year. I actually think the adults like it more than the kids. The adults beat the kids to the next clue everytime. They got to the end and found their prize. They got some fun stuff from Grandma Deb and Mark. So when we left there, Dagen said to me "Mom, when do we get to go back to Grandma's for another easter egg hunt?" I think he wanted to do that everyday. My kids love going to Grandma's house.

Sunday morning the kids woke up bright and early to see if the Easter Bunny found our house. Well I think he did. We ask the Easter bunny each year to hide the eggs and the easter baskets. So they have to search high and low for everything. this year he hid Dagen's easter basket in the oven, and Logen's was behind the couch under Graden's walker. But he made it quite easy for Graden to find his, it was right there with all of his other toys. He hid all the eggs down in the playroom they had no problem finding those. I think they are pros by now.

So after we got ourselves all ready for the day we went over the Grandpa and Grandma Bringhursts house. The kids did another treasure hunt. And got more toys. They had so much fun playing with their cousins and their new toys. They love going to see Grandpa Glenda and Grandma Glenda. (That was not a typo, Dagen calls Larry Grandpa Glenda!!)

When we got home we all had naps and then went outside to enjoy the beautiful Spring Day. I have a video of Graden when he was on the grass. He hates the grass, but he finally started to crawl around on it. It was so much fun.

I hope everyone had a Happy Easter too!!!

Dagen Turns 5!!!

Well since we last posted Dagen had a B-day. He decided to have a Golf Birthday Party, don't ask me why, I don't think he has ever been golfing before. But he insisted. So I made him a golf cake, which did not work out as planned. The golf ball didn't work and was falling all over the place. But the golf course looked pretty good. He had a great time at his party, he got lots of great gifts and enjoyed spending the time with his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

The day of his party was a bit hectic by the time I got the cake baked and cleaned the house we never had time to do anything fun for his birthday. So that weekend we took the kids miniature golfing. Wow!!! They had so much fun, they ran around each of the holes, pounding the ball as hard as they could. Then we went to the arcade. I think they had more fun playing the games than they did golfing. By the time we walked out of there Chad and I were exausted. But the boys had fun!!! I had my camera to take pictures of all this madness, but it was just that madness, the camera never even got pulled out of my purse. Oh Well!!

I Finally Did It!!!

I finally did it, I created a Blog.

We made it through the first of the year so far and looking forward to the rest of it. Dagen's b-day is coming up and he is really excited to be turning the BIG 5! He is going to The Achiever Preschool and loves every minute of it. He has made a lot of friends and he even has a girlfriend. WHEWWW!!

Logen is just busy being Logen, he is into everything and always is being mischevious. But he sure does have a fun personality. The shirt he is wearing below explains everything.

Graden is now 7 months and is getting every where he needs to be. He stared crawling a few weeks ago and now we can't keep up with him already. I guess that's what happens when you have that many boys! He is eating the tree in the pic below.
As for Chad and I, we do the same things as always. Work and hang out with the kids!!!
Tiffany and I took the kids to see Playhouse Disney yesterday and the kids loved it!!! It wasn't too bad for me either I thought the kids did pretty good.
Anyway, that is all for now. See you all soon!!
