So I am just going to say that we had a great Christmas everyone got what they asked for and we had a great time celebrating with all of the families.
Dagen's birthday was a blast. We took him and a few friends to Pirate Island for some pizza and games. He had such a great time. I really can't believe that my little man is now 7!! Time flies so fast. He has really excelled in school above average in all of his work and loves lunch time. Well what kid doesn't right?!
In March, Chad and I went on a cruise with some friends and we had so much fun! It was a well needed vacation. After having kids your life revolves around them, so we took a week and had some time to ourselves. We felt like newlyweds again. Well except for the calling home to check on the kids part. The kids spent time with all of their grandparents and didn't really care that we weren't around. Kind of makes me sad that they didn't miss me.
Logen and Dagen finished off their school year with some programs. They did awesome and it was so fun to watch them. They really love school even though they tell me they don't. Logen would get so mad when Dagen had school on Friday's and he didn't. Thank goodness he goes to school everyday this year!
We bought a new sister for the kids. Yes, a sister, well a Shi Tzu puppy. Her name is Bella and she has been so much fun. The kids love her and they pack her everywhere. I have found in places that you wouldn't expect. At least they leave her alone when they put her in secret places and she can nap. Chad loves the puppy he loves taking her for rides to visit with his friends and his parents, I think he likes her more than me sometimes ;)

Graden celebrated his 3rd birthday on June 28. He had a rock star party with his cousin Kambree whom he shares a birthday with. Tiffany and I made a guitar cake and two small stars with the kids initials so they had their own cake. He kept telling everyone "I am the Birthday Kid!" He wanted his way for a week since he was the "birthday kid". Graden has such a fun personality. And he definatley keeps me on my toes. He gets into everything and anything. But we love him still!
We went to the cabin in Strawberry for the 4th of July. The weather was not very cooperative. I had some water games planned for the kids but it was way too cold to do them. Oh well next time! But Logen did catch a fish!
When we got home the cabin on Monday we were outside doing the yard work. When Chad finished he turned on the sprinklers and the kids started running through them. I finished cleaning up all the toys and took some stuff into the house when Logen came in screaming and bloody. He was talking to the neighbor over the fence from the top of the slide (with wet feet from the sprinkler) when he slipped and started to fall. He grabbed for the fence to catch himself and sliced his finger on the slats in the chainlink fence. Poor thing was scared. We got it bundled up and to the hospital where he got 8 stitches in his little finger. It takes up the entire thing. He did awesome with the stitches he wimpered a little when they numbed it but he didn't cry the whole time! One tough little guy. He will have them in for two weeks, so we have to hold off on all swimming until then. I sure hopes it goes by quick. They really want to play in the water.
So that is the year in review. I am sure many other things have happened but nothing big. I hope everyone is well and happy.
